Warm your Corn or GF tortillas in the oven or microwave for about 30 seconds and pile onto a plate and cover to keep warm.
If you don't have any non-GMO corn or GF tortillas around, poke through your cabinet for some Bob's Red Mill Masa Harina and get ready for homemade gluten free tortillas!
2 cups Masa Harina to 1 cup of water. Be sure to mix very well, add water a tablespoon at a time if too dry.
Next take a ball of dough and start rolling it and pressing it into a flat disc, dampen your hands if the mixture begins to stick to you.
