VEGAN Back-To-School Breakfast, Lunches, Snacks & Lunch Boxes

Since you guys already know how to whip up a mean PB&J from your years of sandwich mastery, I am simply leaving you with a list of some great options to pack as breakfast, snacks and meals for busy people.
Whether you have little ones going back to school, teens or you're a Vegan, grown-up kind of person, who wants healthier lunch options-here is your ULTIMATE VEGAN FOOD LIST!!!

*each photo has a link to the vegan recipe creator and photographer, so be sure to show them some love! If the recipe has anything not vegan please be sure to substitute accordingly!
BREAKFAST:

Muffins


Granola bar breakfast bars

Toast with nut butter

Bagel with vegan cream cheese, Earth balance or preserves

Fruit juice

Smoothies

Almond , soy or coconut yogurt with berries and granola

Vegan pop tarts


LUNCH:

Veggie sticks and hummus (cups or containers)


Pita pockets (in separate container add marinara, and veggie cheese)

Tortillas (rice, beans and guacamole or avocado in spate container)

Veggie dogs and baked beans

Veggie soups, lentil, spaghetti in thermos container

Fruit salad

Almond, Cashew, Hazelnut, Sunflower-jazz up your sandwich options with other stuff besides PB! Toss some sliced banana on too!

Faux lunchmeat slices, veggie cheese, condiments, tomato and lettuces

Veggie burger with toppings

Sliced watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple

Apple wedges and nut butter or vegan cheese slices

Sloppy joe a la vegan

Applesauce with cinnamon

Pita rounds, vegan cheese, marinara, vegan pepperoni (lunchables vegan style)

Cheese slices, crackers, veggie meats (lunchables)

Mac n cheese (hide some broccoli in there!)

SNACKS:
Fruit leather

Trail mix

Pumpkin seeds

Graham crackers, sesame or rice crackers

Granola bars

Dried fruits

Oranges and bananas

Rice cakes (use nutbutters to add protein o this snack!)

Grapes

Rasisins

Prunes

apples

soy yogurt cup

Clif bars


Drinks:
Soy milk, Coconut milk, Almond Milk (flavor varieties too!)
Veggie and fruit juice boxes (many brands and varieties)
Water
Smoothies
