Do you watch Grimm? I LOVE that show right now! I cannot get enough of it. Honestly. Rosalie has to be one of my favorite characters, more or less because she is with Monroe who is just the coolest dude (and blutbaden) ever!
So as tribute to my inner Grimm-geek-girl, I decided to break out my Natural Earth Paints face and body paints once more. This is obviously fairly self explanatory and very simple with a little patience. I made an infographic just to break it down piece by piece for ya.
These paints are not only kid safe and free of cray additives and scary color ingredients, but it is VEGAN too! No Fuchsbau were harmed in the making of this product ;)
To begin, have a well moisturized face. Apply the white as you see I have done in the first photo. Next, use the black paint to hollow out the cheek area and create a nose. The darkest areas are where I applied it, and the grayer areas are where I used a clean brush to blend it softly into the white.
Apply the reddish-brown paint to the forhead, over the black hollowed out cheekbone area and all the way around to the chin. Using your same brush you used to apply the white, go in and feather the white towards the reddish-brown painted parts. Soft and patient.
To get the best effect be sure to pull up a photo to have nearby as a guide. I used the one of Rosalie you see here in my infographic. You will notice small things I didn't go into detail about like mascara, liner on the bottom lash line etc. Make these adjustments as you see them.
Be sure to share your Fuchsbau faces with e on Instagram, don't forget to tag me!
What's your favorite Grimm creature so far? Who's your favorite character?
