Craving chocolately cookie-dough bliss? Here's a quick fix without the added junk!Grab some of your favorite nut butter. I really like the Justin's Nut butters as well as Once Again's Organic Nut butters. Honestly, ANY nut butter is better dipped in chocolate.

Scoop 1C. Nut Butter into a bowl, add 1/2. C Maple or any sweetening syrup you like. 1/2. tsp. salt which brings out the sweetness. 3 tsp. Vanilla. Add in 2 tsp. Coconut oil and toss in some Vegan Chocolate chips to add a realistic crunch to your faux cookie dough.

Mix well, and roll into little balls. Place parchment paper on a large plate and place the cookie dough bites on it and pop the plate in the freezer.

Now, Get out your fondue pot and melt those vegan chips, or if you're feeling lazy just pop them in the microwave. They don't need to be in long, stir them for awhile and they will melt each other from the leftover heat in the dish.

Next, take out your bites and dip them into the melted chocolate(carefully!!) and place them onto the parchment lined plate again. Once all dipped and onto the parchment, pop back into the freezer until ready to serve, or eat!

Tasty Tip♥: Roll in chopped nuts, coconut or sprinkle with Sea salt before popping into freezer! NOM!

Simple. Easy. Tasty. Grab some fresh, plump figs from your local Farmer's market. Wash. Cut in half. Heat skillet over medium heat with vegan butter and honey. Lay figs cut side down (insides facing down). Once honey is bubbly, spoon mixture over the tops of the figs. Once the figs are browned slightly, let cool and eat. You can also add them atop of some homemade vegan ice-cream like I did. I drizzled the caramelized honey-fig sauce from the pan on top too! YUM!

OMG. Tasty looking right? For RAW and Vegan ice-cream simply chop and freeze bananas. Toss in a food processor until creamy. VIOLA! Add cinnamon, Vanilla or anything you'd like.
